COMPOSITION

 Each Vial of Realmox Forte Contains:

•  Amoxycillin Sodium IP 3000mg 
• Sulbactam Sodium IP 1500mg

DOSAGE

•  Large Animals - 5 to 10 mg/kg B.Wt.  For a Period of 3-5 days by IM or IV route
•  Small animals - 15-20mg/kg B.Wt.   For a Period of 2-3 days by IM or lV route

PRESENTATION

 Combi pack contains-Vial of 4500 mg with 20 ml. WFI
